Tailor Made Solutions:
Tenant Find Only
- We will fully market your apartment and find you a suitable tenant at the best possible rent in the current prevailing market conditions.
- We will credit check and fully reference your prospective tenants (and guarantors) and send the results to you for approval.
- We will draw up the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and other associated paperwork for the term of your agreed tenancy.
- We will check the tenant into your property.
Our fee is equivalent to one months rent plus vat.
Full Management Service
Includes all of the above services, plus;
- Mid term inspections
- Full Home Condition Report & Inventory (can be organised at an extra cost)
- Tenant check-in and check-out
- Rent Collection
- Rent Reviews
- Lease Renewals
- Organise routine repairs and maintenance
- EPC and guidance on current safety regulations (gas/electrical safety certificates can be organised at an extra cost)
- Manage the utility suppliers
- Quotes for Rent Guarantee & Legal Expenses Insurance
Fee is £600 (inclusive of vat) and 12% (inclusive of vat) of the passing rent.
