St John Street with its mature trees is probably the most handsome street in the city. It is just off Deansgate and it ends in a lovely well cared for park. 

Until recently the vast properties had been used as consulting rooms but the Its transformation began about three years ago with the conversion of offices at No2 St John St with the junction of Deansgate, into ten really high specification apartments. We brought them to market in 2020 and achieved some of the best prices so far in the city topping £1m for one of the duplex penthouses.
  During the conversion the developer, Kingsdean, acquired No15 on the opposite side of the street. We introduced a private client and it was renovated and restored into a substantial family home.
   Since then all of the properties on the left-hand side of the street have been acquired and are in the process of being converted back into really high-quality homes. 

With many companies making a move out of London we expect to see demand for this level of property from CEO’s who want a base in the city.
